Bobby Shaw is a photographer and outdoor adventurer

This is a project to share joy and energy from adventures in the backcountry. I hope the photographs have some meaning for you.

I found my love for photography years ago developing my film and images in a darkroom. I try to apply the same care and attention to the scenes I capture today. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and find peace in mountains and nature.

I’m passionate about environmental integrity and committed to service, including as a volunteer emergency medical technician and ambulance driver at my local fire station. You’ll find me in the backcountry or planning the next adventure.
